Why "Cheekie"? Well — because that's me.
Hi, I'm Macy Cheeks (yes, emphasis on the Cheeks). "Cheekie" has been my nickname since I was a baby — a little term of endearment from my family. And no, seriously: there's video of my sister and brother at my first birthday already calling me Cheekie. It stuck.
My whole family calls me this name, and when you work with me, you get treated like family too. When I was younger, it was a touch embarrassing. Now? It's just who I am.

The planner behind the brand
By day I work in workforce analytics and compliance — I'm a systems-and-structure person to my core. By night (and most weekends), I plan events, build community, and make happy hour my business. As a lead planner and coordinator, I've handled everything from full start-to-finish weddings to last-minute day-of coordination, managing vendors, budgets, décor, and the kind of seamless transitions guests never notice — which is exactly the point.
